Is ContentFlare life coaching, a bot engagement service, or something that guarantees results?
No. ContentFlare Inc. is a B2B editorial content studio and marketing agency based in Vancouver. We help organisations define editorial voice, build production workflows, map channels and govern content over time. We are not a life-coaching practice, wellness brand, income course or motivational subscription. We do not sell fake followers, bot engagement, automated comment farms or guaranteed search rankings. Marketing outcomes depend on your market, offer, execution and audience response — we guarantee process integrity, documented deliverables and honest feedback, not specific lead counts or revenue figures.
What does “content flare” mean in your studio name?
For us, flare describes a deliberate editorial signal — the headline that carries positioning, the paragraph sales can reuse, the production standard contractors can follow. It is not emergency marine equipment, not camera lens effects, and not a metaphor for viral hype. We build sustainable editorial systems, not one-off stunts.
How do you use AI in content work?
Generative AI may accelerate research synthesis, competitor voice scans, draft headline territories and internal documentation. Every client-facing line is reviewed and approved by human editors. We disclose AI use in proposals where relevant, apply PIPEDA-aware handling of client materials and avoid uploading confidential data to public models without explicit consent. AI outputs are starting points — not autonomous publishing.
Who is a typical client?
Marketing directors, founders and comms leads at B2B organisations — SaaS, professional services, industrial supply, public-interest coalitions — often between fifteen and two hundred employees. Common triggers: voice drift across channels, contractor chaos, post-rebrand inconsistency, or a product launch needing structured editorial support without hiring a full department.
Do you work outside Vancouver?
Yes. We serve clients across Canada remotely. In-studio sessions are available when Vancouver proximity allows. Business hours are Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00 Pacific Time.
How are projects priced?
We publish indicative CAD ranges on our Services page. Final proposals reflect scope, stakeholder count, timeline and whether Discovery is required first. Retainers are monthly. We provide written scopes before work begins.
Can you write all our content ongoing?
We can support production through sprints and retainers, but our primary value is architecture — voice, workflows and governance your team maintains. We train internal writers and approvers rather than creating permanent dependency, though many clients choose ongoing oversight retainers.
What is the first step?
Book a content session via our contact form or email [email protected]. Briefly describe your situation — voice drift, calendar gaps, channel inconsistency or launch timing. We respond within two business days with next steps, which may include a short discovery call before formal proposal.
